We are proud to have world class clinicians here at our clinic, who will provide you with a thorough consultation, including diagnostic photographs, digital scans and x-rays, should you need them. Your current smile, smile goals and treatment options will be discussed in detail to enable you to make a fully informed decision about how you wish to proceed. During your appointment, your dentist will assess the condition of your teeth and gums and listen to any concerns you may have, as well as any improvements you might like to make to the aesthetic of your smile. Should further treatment be recommended, we will make sure you are advised on the most suitable course of action to maximise your long-term oral health. Before your examination or consultation, we will ask you to provide us with a few details, including your dental and medical history, your profession, immediate familial details, and most importantly your smile goals.

We will always focus on dental health first and then if requested we will discuss any aesthetic treatments to enhance your smile. Our unique personalised service means that you will receive a text message and / or an email to remind you of the date and time of your first appointment. We pair you to your dentist based on the information you’ve given when booking the appointment and on consultation, so we can ensure you’ll be treated by the most suitable dentist to meet your needs. A dental plan will be formed prior to your treatment with the appropriate fees, and for larger treatment plans (such as dental implants or highly aesthetic dental treatments) a written treatment plan may need to be devised which can take up to 10 days to complete. As each ‘procedure’ is bespoke to the patient, the actual treatment process will differ with each case. We take great care of every patient and do everything we can to ensure the treatment is carried out safely, using the most appropriate treatment techniques.appropriate treatment techniques.

Aftercare

Square Mile Dental Centre believes each step of the treatment journey has equal importance. Patients will receive just as much attention on their aftercare as they did during the consultation and treatment. One of our team will ensure patients receive a follow-up call a couple of days after the procedure to find out if you are generally OK and are recovering well from the treatment. For some procedures it’s necessary for us to arrange a review appointment, which can also be arranged if a patient has any post-procedure concerns.

Are consultations appointment only?

To ensure that you are able to see one of our expert dentists or dental clinicians, we ask that you book an appointment. This can be done over the phone or via our online booking system. In the case of an emergency, we do all we can to see you as soon as we possibly can.

How do I know if the treatment is right for me?

A thorough assessment will provide your dentist with the right information to enable an accurate recommendation for treatment. Our dentists are highly trained and experienced, and we will always discuss each available option so we can decide together if this is the right one for you.

Can you help with spreading the cost?

Square Mile Dental Centre will always help in any way they can. If you need to spread the cost of your treatment you should speak to your dentist about our payment options, before you go ahead with the treatment.

Will there be help after my treatment?

Your treatment includes a high level of care before, during and after the actual treatment. Our team will always be available to answer any questions or concerns and welcome our patients to contact the practice should they feel the need.
